Wear a suit of armour

Where else can you go in the city to try on a suit of armour? The Wallace Collection is a National Museum set within a London townhouse that previously belonged to the Seymour family and it is just moments from Oxford Circus.

25-galleries offering French art and artifacts from the 18th century span the premises with collections including arms and armour, ceramics, furniture and sculpture.
There is a large atrium cafe in the centre, occupied by Peyton and Byrne and serving breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea.

Throughout the year, events for all ages are provided, including tours, concerts, and workshops, holding also afternoons accessible to those with disabilities to ensure there really is something for everyone.

Be sure to check out the ‘Treasure of the Month’; a spectacular spotlight on some the galleries finest pieces.
